• SONOR drums,  Germany 1988 - present.
  Besides his work as a clinician for SONOR, Jojo was also active as consultant in the development of the "Jungle Set"
• SABIAN cymbals, Canada 1987 - present.
  Sabian produces the Jojo Mayer signature "FIERCE RIDE" and "FIERCE CRASH" cymbals and has been one of the foremost promoters of Jojo's clinics in the US. Jojo  also collaborates in researching and designing new sounds for prototype cymbals.

  Jojo has just signed on to Vic Firth who redesigned and produces the Jojo Mayer signature model now

PURECUSSION, U.S.A. 1992 - 95 . Jojo has appeared in a advertising campaign to introduce the "Purecussion Set".

PAISTE Cymbals & Gongs, Switzerland 1977- 85. Jojo was contracted by Alex Bally as the youngest artist on their roster (age 14).
